I booked my first session in September 2015 and haven’t looked back since. The relaxed setting and the gently, friendly relatable approach was exactly what I needed. Coming to sessions has had a great impact on my life and has changed it for the better.

I have been a regular customer at Quality Care Specialists for approximately a year. Initially I was drawn to the centre to enquire about anti-wrinkle injections with Dr Chau Nguyen of SKN&Co. After my first consultation I felt relaxed and comfortable enough to undergo treatment. To my surprise the results far exceeded my initial expectations. Overall, I’ve had excellent experiences with the service and staff at the clinic who are always friendly and accommodating.

For the past two years, I have been visiting my therapist who is located at Quality Care Specialists. I suffer from anxiety and I find facing new situations very daunting. Right from the very first time I walked in I felt welcomed and valued. I always look forward to seeing the warm, smiling face of Quinn and have had many lovely chats with her over the course of time. Part of a great medical practice is how you are made to feel upon arrival, and I truly feel that this is what sets Quality Care Specialists apart from the rest.
