Psychological Services Group is a small team of experienced and empathic psychologists, passionate about assisting clients overcome various mental health concerns (such as depression and anxiety), as well as supporting them in developing healthier self-esteem, more satisfying interpersonal relationships, and more fulfilling life experiences. We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups – children, adolescents, and adults.

Natasha is a client-centred therapist who uses an integrative psychotherapeutic approach combining Cognitive Behavioural, Interpersonal, and Trauma Therapies as appropriate. Her particular strengths include working with clients experiencing eating disturbance and postnatal problems.
Lee is a passionate generalist psychologist, particularly adept at providing a safe and supportive environment and in fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance with her clients. Lee has developed strengths in working with family problems (including assisting families with Autism), workplace stress, self-esteem and assertiveness, and personality disturbance.

Patricia is a skilled psychotherapist, integrating Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Schema, and Mindfulness therapies to enhance and empower her clients, with whom she strongly prioritises developing sound therapeutic alliances. She is particularly adept at assisting with work issues, including bullying or career guidance, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma – including domestic and family violence.
